  1. You paste one line of code

    From your panel you copy the script and paste it into your website. It works on WordPress, Wix or a custom-built site: no development, no design changes, no IT project.

  2. The customer leaves their contact details before starting

    The assistant opens by asking for name, email and phone number. If the customer drops out halfway, the contact is already yours.

  3. The AI talks to the customer, in their language

    It works in seven languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Dutch) and collects what you need to quote:

    • Origin and destination, with the distance calculated on the map.
    • Date. With the availability calendar switched on, it suggests alternative dates if the requested day is full.
    • Inventory by room, guided by your household item catalogue. The customer sees it on screen and corrects quantities or removes items.
    • Photos: the AI identifies and counts the furniture. The cubic volume comes from your catalogue, not from the photo.
    • Access: floor and elevator at origin and destination.
    • Packing: the customer chooses the mode.

  4. The server decides, the model interprets

    The AI only understands what the customer says. The server decides when to ask what and when to close, and the price is calculated by the rate engine with your configuration: volume, distance, loading crew, access, packing, seasons. The AI never sees or invents figures, and if a piece of data is missing there is no price. The customer receives an indicative quote with an amount and a range.

  5. You receive the lead and close the move

    • The lead appears in your panel with the quote, the full conversation and the photos.
    • You get an email notification as soon as there is a quote, at the addresses you choose.

Frequently asked questions

What if the AI gives the wrong price?

It cannot make one up: the price always comes from your rate card. If a piece of data is missing, the assistant gives no figure.

What if the AI balance runs out?

The widget does not disappear: it switches to a contact form without a price and the lead is not lost.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes: AI managed by Muvly, or your own key with the provider of your choice.Pricing

What happens to the data?

The AI is processed in the EU, data is encrypted, and conversations and photos are deleted after 180 days. Leads and quotes stay in your panel.
